會得知今天介紹的 ATEM Coffee 是蓋瑞某一天在滑到同學的IG PO文時看到的, 它是間剛新開不久的咖啡店, 而蓋瑞的同學就是在它試營運期間去消費的。而會吸引蓋瑞注意的原因就是它營業的時間有開到比較晚, 剛好最近很需要新增加口袋名單, 所以立馬就收藏起來, 且當下詢問同學時得知ATEM Coffee 之後會開始販售甜點, 這就更讓蓋瑞期待了, 所以在等待甜點正式推出的期間, 蓋瑞時不時就會滑進它的IG查看, 終於在今晚到訪的前幾天看到它已找到合作的甜點店, 立馬就讓它插隊, 安排今晚前來踩點。

其實很好奇為何會取名為 ATEM? 滑了一下店家IG的PO文得知應該是由Allergic to early mornings 這四個英文單字的頭一個字母而來, 意思就是每到早晨就會過敏, 大概老板是有這症狀的過敏兒吧? 好奇的人就去問老板吧。

ATEM Coffee主打的是咖啡, 但販售的品項不多, 就是底下照片中寫的這些, 都是英文, 看不懂就問老板吧。如果害羞或怕丟臉的, 蓋瑞好心幫大家簡單翻譯一下, 從最上面下來依序是: 手沖咖啡, 美式咖啡, 拿鐵咖啡, 抹茶拿鐵, 可可拿鐵以及威士忌拿鐵。

而甜點的部份則是與高雄的 “蜜室Mee’s私宅甜點”合作 (FB連結請點此)。整體來說, 蜜室的磅蛋糕是比較偏乾的(不確定是否從高雄送到台南後在保存上的方式有問題或是本身就是如此??), 但仔細品嚐的話, 還是可以吃出它們其實很不簡單, 味道層次都做得不錯。而咖啡的部份, 可能因為都是使用淺焙的豆子, 比較沒有對蓋瑞和吃友的胃口, 但是絕對可以為了威士忌拿鐵+布丁+可麗露再訪。

威士忌拿鐵 NT$130
這杯拜託來 ATEC Coffee一定要點起來, 這應該是目前為止蓋瑞和吃友喝過加了酒精的咖啡特調之中最好喝的, 雖然蓋瑞沒有很愛喝威士忌, 但很神奇的是這一杯竟然出奇好喝, 從它端上桌就一直飄散出威士忌融合咖啡的香氣, 雖說是咖啡拿鐵, 但威士忌的酒感和香氣反而更突出, 好喝。

抹茶拿鐵 NT$100
這杯是蓋瑞點的。沒有比較就沒有傷害, 目前蓋瑞喝過最好喝的抹茶拿鐵應該就屬 小北家灶咖 (文章連結請點此) 的最好喝了, 因為它夠抹, 蓋瑞喜歡喝抹茶味很重, 帶有苦澀味的抹茶。不過, 因為小北家灶咖實在是太難吃到它了, 加上它沒有開到晚上, 所以, 退而求其次的話, ATEM Coffee的抹茶拿鐵其實也是不錯喝的。

手沖咖啡 NT$120
因為店家手沖的豆子都是屬於淺焙的, 所以雖然今晚供應了三種不同的豆子, 但只要是淺焙的豆子就是避免不了它偏酸的口感, 即使吃友請老板推薦較不酸的豆子, 實際喝起來還是偏酸啊。不過, 蓋瑞在經過這一年多來的訓練, 其實已經不怕喝帶有酸性口感的手沖咖啡, 當然有不酸的還是會選擇不酸的啦。希望老板以後可以造福愛喝不酸咖啡的消費者們多準備幾種不同的咖啡豆。

這杯拿鐵還可以, 至少它牛奶的比例不會太高, 而且蓋瑞和吃友都很愛這款杯子。

大溪地香草籽布丁 NT$80
這個布丁推薦必點!主體布丁不用多介紹, 頗有水準, 有濃濃的蛋香再加上香草的香味, 口感札實又綿密, 好吃; 而糖水的部份則是不帶苦味的焦糖水, 甜度不會太高。至於為什麼不是用苦味的焦糖水原因就是擺在布丁上頭的”蜂巢焦糖脆”了。為了搭配布丁和糖水, 焦糖脆特別將它製作成偏苦一點點, 整體搭配吃起來很讚, 蓋瑞可以為了這個布丁再回訪。

橙片檸檬糖霜一整塊磅蛋糕 NT$80
這款磅蛋糕光是外型就先加80分。原本看到店家透過IG傳來的訊息中看到這款有著”檸檬糖霜”四個字後有點却步, 因為在之前的 貝殼沙沙 (文章連結請點此) 有不美妙的體驗, 後來想想還是抱著愛冒險的心, 請老板也留一份下來。幸好這款上面的檸檬糖霜不是爆甜的那種, 雖然有一定的甜度, 但還在蓋瑞和吃友可以接受範圍內。雖然這款磅蛋糕體偏乾, 但仔細地, 慢慢地, 小口小口地品嚐它也是能吃出它的美味之處, 還不賴。

焦糖肉桂蘋果粒伯爵磅蛋糕 NT$80
這款磅蛋糕相比較上一款檸檬磅蛋糕, 雖然一樣都偏乾, 但是有比較濕潤一點點, 吃得出伯爵茶的獨特香氣, 而帶著淡淡的焦糖肉桂香氣的蘋果果粒更增添了整體吃起來的層次, 好吃。

這款瑪德蓮比較沒有記憶點, 一樣是偏乾的口感。而可麗露有點可惜, 它的外殼是軟的, 不是蓋瑞愛的那種脆脆的口感, 但是, 撇開偏軟的外皮, 真的要給它的內餡大大一個讚, 味道實在是很不賴, 推薦可點來嚐看看, 不會後悔的。
