先把結論寫在這裡。今晚的整體用餐過程非常的棒, 餐點 / 甜點 / 飲品的表現都很讚。目前店家的營業時間不定, 有營業的日子每天供應的餐點/甜點都不同, 可以追蹤店家的FB粉專, 就可以收到營業日的供應餐點品項訊息公告。店內的座位就只有底下照片這一個六人長桌的座位, 最多大概可以擠下6~8人, 建議可以事先訂位, 如果有要吃甜點的也得要在訂位時一併請店家預留甜點, 因為每樣都有限量啊。

大威的最後一擊蝦排堡 NT$240
其實蓋瑞會選在今天來胡作室用餐就是因為近期發現店家在每個禮拜三都推出了漢堡日, 且每個禮拜推出的漢堡口味都不一樣, 這對身為漢堡控的蓋瑞來說是一定不能錯過的, 所以提前了幾個禮拜約好局便私訊店家在今晚包場了。
今天晚上是蝦排堡, 幸好吃友們沒有人對蝦子過敏。首先, 插在竹籤上的那隻蝦子有夠好吃, 但是只有一隻真的是吃不過癮啊。店家用類似乾燒的方式料理, 獨特醬汁帶出蝦子的鮮甜味, 厲害。

接下來是整顆漢堡的重點-漢堡排。這應該是蓋瑞吃漢堡以來目前為止吃過將表面弄到最酥脆的。不要看漢堡排的兩面被處理到焦黑焦黑的, 但就是因為被處理成這樣反而吃到酥脆的口感但是卻不會吃到焦苦味, 這才是厲害的地方。另外, 在吃到一半的時候發現了驚喜, 原來漢堡排之中還加入了一整隻蝦子, 對嘛, 這才符合主題啊。哦, 對了, 這顆漢堡吃起來還有濃濃的九層塔味, 其實還滿對味的。

而其它的配角也是不容小覷。漢堡包非常地香, 包夾材料的兩個面烤到微焦再塗抹特製的醬, 很好吃; 加入了半熟蛋也是很讚; 炙燒過的鳳梨片提供了整個吃下來的果香和微甜味, 單吃也很好吃; 另外放在小盅裡的燉彩椒則是出乎意料的好吃, 蓋瑞大愛。(感謝久違的手模再次出鏡)

這個威士忌巧克力塔大推!!選用黑牌約翰走路威士忌搭配Cacao Barry苦甜巧克力製作而成。酒味沒在開玩笑的, 完全下重本, 吃進嘴裡先是滿滿的酒味, 在逐漸消融之際慢慢散發出苦甜巧克力的味道, 完全就是很大人口味的巧克力塔, 推薦必點。

白蘭地焦糖貝禮詩布丁 NT$120
這款焦糖布丁也是狠角色, 加入了白蘭地製作, 雖然對酒精重度中毒的蓋瑞和吃友來說偏淡, 但是相信對一般人來說絕對是一款帶有偏重酒感的焦糖布丁, 焦糖水也是蓋瑞最愛的苦甜焦糖水, 推推。而布丁本體則是吃起來很像在吃古早味蒸布丁那樣的味道, 超讚。

抹茶檸檬戚風 NT$160
不得不說這款戚風的蛋糕體或許是蓋瑞目前為止吃過可以排前三名的, 非常地蓬鬆柔軟, 外層和夾層之間的鮮奶油奶味非常地香但吃起來不會太膩; 點綴在蛋糕之上的淡橘黃色小圓珠則是檸檬酸味的來源, 帶著檸檬的清香, 酸度適中, 整體吃起來很不錯。

楊枝甘露 NT$120
這杯楊枝甘露與其說它是飲品倒不如說它是一杯用吃的甜點, 因為它的質地非常地濃稠, 比較適合用湯匙挖來吃。裡面可以吃得到必備的西米露, 新鮮芒果塊, 葡萄柚果粒, 還很搞剛的加入了一大塊的芒果冰沙在裡面, 全部混合之後吃起來很讚, 不會太甜, 有香港楊枝甘露的靈魂, 唯一小缺點就是蓋瑞覺得椰奶的味道可以再重一點點,, 不過這無損它的美味, 也是推薦必點。

京都隨想 (抹茶風味調酒) NT$240
這杯是蓋瑞點的, 建議如果不是抹茶愛好者和可以接受苦味的人請不要輕易挑戰這杯。老闆使用了抹茶與柚子利口酒, 再加上現泡的抹茶, 甜味很低, 苦澀味則偏高, 不過抹茶的香味還滿濃的, 蓋瑞個人覺得還不錯喝。如果想要喝甜一點的, 或酸一點的, 或許可以跟老闆商量特製。

Pina Colada (鳳梨椰子風味調酒) NT$240
這杯也可以叫它”鳳梨可樂達”, 算是一款充滿夏日風情的經典調酒, 原始酒譜的材料很簡單, 蘭姆酒, 椰奶, 鳳梨, 就這三種, 但是要調得好喝也要看功力, 胡作室這杯有中蓋瑞的胃, 它酒感適中, 但甜度偏中上, 材料之間的融合度很不錯, 好喝。另外不得不提一下裝飾的鳳梨片, 它真的有夠甜有夠好吃, 拜託千萬不要忽略它。
