先來個結論吧。基本上阿添海產料理的味道大部份都是可以想像得到的, 但也有幾道的調味出乎意料之外的走自己的道路, 不過大部份的菜色調味對蓋瑞來說都偏重了一點, 會很想叫白飯來配著一起吃啊。
今晚點的菜色裡面, 個人推薦炒飯+炒米粉+炸雞翅+鮮烤鰻魚必點。然後因為店家生意非常好, 出菜的速度會先快後慢, 大概在餐期中間就開始慢了下來, 且會有漏單的情況, 請務必記好自己點了什麼餐點, 並在完全不趕時間的狀況下來用餐會比較適合。至於點菜方面, 蓋瑞建議如果在6人以下一律都選最小份的比較適合, 這樣才可以點多樣一點的菜色又不會因為份量點太大份而吃不完, 價格及份量在跟店員點餐時都可以討論, 除了幾樣菜色是秤重的以外。整體吃下來個人覺得有吃過就好, 和上面三家推薦的同性質店家比起來, 阿添海產可以排在最後面沒關係。
炒飯 NT$120/2份
像這種台菜餐廳似乎都有自己的獨有醬汁, 就連加在這炒飯裡一起炒的醬油(應該是醬油吧?)都和一般吃到的味道不一樣, 且是不一樣的好吃, 一吃就開胃了, 推薦可點。

乾炒鱔魚 NT$250
如果以為會吃到台南甜及台南酸的脆口鱔魚, 請跳過這道。蓋瑞和同學都認為這道的炒鱔魚吃起來的口感不脆, 調味也不是熟悉的酸甜醬汁, 但吃到後面會覺得它的調味也滿合理的, 就是鱔魚吃起來不脆而已。

說到台南有名的烤鰻魚, 那 鰻丼作(食記連結請按此)一定會被提起, 而另一間 豐藏鰻魚料理專門(食記連結請按此)的鰻魚飯也推薦可以去吃看看。今晚在阿添海產吃到的烤鰻魚應該是這三間店比較起來口感最最最Q彈的, 怎麼可以Q彈成這麼誇張!而刷在上面的醬汁也是剛剛好的存在又不會太搶戲, 扮演完美的襯托角色。唯一最大的缺點就是阿添海產的烤鰻魚是有細刺的, 個人沒有很愛吃到有太多細的烤鰻魚啊, 而且細刺太有存在感了, 可惜。

原本還滿愛吃豬肝料理的, 但是蓋瑞被這一道完全擊倒, 咬下第一口之後再咀嚼了幾口, 勉強將還帶有生肝味的豬肝吞下就放下筷子了。切大塊的豬肝先炸後炒, 豬肝吃起來軟嫩, 對蓋瑞來說是還帶”生”的程度, 但同學之中有人滿愛的, 就全部交給他們處理。

選了西瓜綿口味, 建議上桌之後讓它再滾煮一陣子, 把西瓜綿的酸甜味煮出來之後湯頭會更好喝。
