很開心看到台南又有一間新開的小餐館, 而且還是基隆有名的 “叁坪” 結束營業後選擇落腳在台南市安平區, 就在安平老街的外圍馬路邊, 沒有明顯的招牌, 很容易就錯過它。在看到它在inline上的菜單價格以及IG上的餐點照片之後就決定趕快約同學一起在農曆年假的最後一天來嚐鮮, 以免它日後爆紅後跟 AMA LABO (食記連結請按這裡)一樣, 訂位要用搶的。簡單的結論就是, 好吃死了, 快點訂位吧!
炙燒透抽 / 阿根廷青醬 / 酸豆 NT$250
這一道的呈現有點像是油蒜蝦, 但把主角換成了透抽以及青醬, 是一道重口味的開胃小食, 超適合下酒, 推薦必點。新鮮的透抽炙燒後有著QQ軟軟的口感, 搭配特製的青醬再沾著底下用了酸豆一起烹調的橄欖油一口塞下, 瞬間多樣的香氣在口中爆炸漫延, 如果再配一口啤酒或是吞下一口白飯會更讚啊。

這一道推薦必點必點必點, 完全就是超完美的下酒菜代表。特殊的醃漬醬料讓這道炸雞翅就算不沾底下的BBQ醬汁仍然也有極出色的表現, 幾乎是蓋瑞第一次品嚐到的獨特醃漬香氣及味道; 而底下超吸睛的自製BBQ醬, 乍看之下會以為是普通的蕃茄醬, 但嚐起來又不是那麼一回事, 雖然是以蕃茄為基底, 但味道層次又更豐富不無聊, 將炸得熱燙燙的雞翅沾著大量的BBQ醬汁後大口咬下, 超滿足啊。

吃過這麼多餐廳的炸薯條, 這是蓋瑞第一次吃到這種螺旋狀的炸薯, 光是賣相就先得分。好吃的炸薯其實不一定要炸到外皮很酥脆, 但裡面一定要是吃起來鬆鬆軟軟, 有著馬鈴薯在高溫加熱之後呈現出來的香氣才好吃, 然後搭配店家特製的大蒜美乃滋醬, 簡直是不能再更好吃了, 裡面有很多的大蒜碎粒, 且不是生的大蒜, 但大蒜味十足, 是吃完整個餐期後口中還會隱約有大蒜味的那種, 總之就是好吃死了, 推薦必點。

時令海鮮 / 主廚特製蝦汁 / 細扁麵 NT$320
這種收到沒什麼醬汁的義大利麵, 看著就是舒服, 再加上吸睛的海鮮擺盤, 未吃都先猜一定是好吃的。吃下第一口帶著有咬勁口感且掛著濃濃醬汁的細扁麵, 馬上就浮現上個月在 飽飽BAO BAO (食記連結請按此) 也點了一道很類似的義大利麵。兩間店的醬汁雖然呈現的味道不太一樣, 但一入口就馬上讓蓋瑞連想到很像加了XO醬的味道, 但Kira Bistro更厲害的是在裡面加了柑橘絲, 在品嚐的尾韻會微微地浮現柑橘香氣, 真的是神來一筆, 讓這道料理在整個品嚐的過程都不無聊。至於海鮮, 只要新鮮怎麼可能會不好吃!

碳烤犢牛 / 綜合菇汁 / 燉飯 NT$600
這好像是蓋瑞第一次吃到"犢牛"的料理, 怎麼可以在用刀切時明顯感受到有一股阻力, 但是一口咬下竟然軟嫩到不可思議, 完全可以輕鬆咀嚼, 店家似乎只用鹽簡單調味, 還不錯吃, 但如果可以有更明顯的香料味來襯托會不會更讚? 而底下的綜合菇菇燉飯可以說是蓋瑞久違吃到的好吃義大利燉飯, 這完全是上個月在FOUFOU(食記連結請按此)所吃到的燉飯無法比的。 濃郁的起司奶香味有好好地乳化並包覆在每一粒還保有一點米心的義大利米飯之上, 光是燉飯就完全可以自己變成一道餐點, 完全不需要碳烤犢牛的錦上添花, 推薦必點。

目前為止, 蓋瑞大概只有遇到2~3間餐廳的提拉米蘇是用這種浮誇的方式呈現, 而Kira Bistro的提拉又再更浮誇了一點, 外觀就可以直接看到吸滿咖啡酒液的胖胖手指餅乾, 而手指餅乾表層的薄糖衣也讓入口的食感更加豐富。咖啡酒液的酒感還滿高的, 完全就是蓋瑞愛的大人系提拉米蘇; 而大量的Mascarpone起司給得豪不手軟, 甜度稍高了一點, 推薦餐後一定要點來享受一下, 做個完美的Eending。
