終於啊, 在蓋瑞住家附近又新開一間港式點心/茶餐廳專門店, 雖然蓋瑞家離知名的 聯盈發港式點心 (食記連結請按此) 非常近, 但因為它無時無刻都在排隊, 所以也很少去吃它。而就在幾個禮拜前在滑著google map時, 發現了這篇要介紹的 榮記港式茶餐廳 , 因為它離蓋瑞住家也沒有很遠, 加上才新開幕沒多久, 即使店內座位不算多, 但目前訂位不會太困難之下, 就趕快約同學來嚐鮮。
玫瑰油雞腿 NT$120
在來訪之前蓋瑞有稍微做了一下功課, 網上查到榮記以前似乎也曾經賣過港式燒臘便當, 感覺燒臘也是拿手菜, 所以今晚到訪就決定最少要點一份燒臘, 最後決定點了這份玫瑰油雞腿, 上桌時真的被它的份量和盤子給嚇到耶, 那白到發亮的鵝造型盤子讓這份油雞腿整個質感UP UP, 一上桌蓋瑞就笑出來。回到主角油雞腿身上, 店家直接給了一整隻的土雞腿肉, 以秘制的油雞水泡製而成, 肉質油香滑嫩, 不管是單吃或是沾取附上的油蔥都好吃。然後一定要再稱讚一下油蔥醬, 這應該是蓋瑞吃過調味最不鹹的油蔥醬, 但蔥香味很足甚至還能嚐出帶有一點點甜味, 超讚, 推薦必點。

推薦必點!菠蘿油本人滿大一顆的, 上面的菠蘿酥皮酥脆又奶蛋香極濃郁, 可惜的是夾在中間的鹹奶油有點太小一塊了, 不過它還是好好吃啊。

蓋瑞同學對這道讚譽有加, 沾滿蛋液的吐司下油鍋煎炸到夠香夠酥, 裡面則非常邪惡的包了大量的花生醬和芝麻醬, 外面則淋上煉乳, 這樣怎麼會不好吃, 推薦甜點控必點。如果可以的話, 建議可詢問店家是否能將此道以及冰火菠蘿油安排在最後上桌當成餐後甜點會更讚。

這應該是蓋瑞第一次吃到在蘿蔔糕裡加入臘腸的, 咬下第一口時就發現有著特殊的香氣, 仔細看, 仔細挖才發現原來是加入臘腸碎塊, 竟然也還滿不錯吃的, 推薦必點。唯一的小缺點就是整體上桌後偏油了一點。

這份蝦餃蓋瑞也是放到幾乎完全冷掉了才吃它, 結果出乎意料之外地, 即使冷掉也無損它的美味程度, 蓋瑞和同學一致認為它實在有夠好吃, 內餡的獨特調味完全有別於以前吃過的蝦餃, 拜託大家有來這裡消費的話一定要點起來!!!
