有在follow時事的人最近應該都有關注到一位泰國網紅拍的短片在講述說台灣賣的打拋豬肉飯加入九層塔葉是死罪, 正統的泰式打拋豬肉飯加的是”嘎拋 or 打拋葉”, 學名為”聖羅勒” (Holy Basil)。因為這則視頻在台灣爆紅, 蓋瑞也開始認真的找台南是否有使用打拋葉下去做的打拋豬肉飯, 最終找到今天要介紹的潘妮泰式餐食。

泰式豬肉打拋飯 NT$70
其實打拋葉的香氣相較於九層塔顯得較溫和優雅, 香氣也比較沒有侵略性, 對於習慣吃”九層塔炒肉”的人來說可能會覺得香氣不足, 不過蓋瑞是覺得不管加什麼葉下去炒, 兩者都有它的魅力在, 重點是吃起來要有”泰”味, 而不是”台”味。潘妮泰式餐食的這道打拋豬肉飯蓋瑞覺得還不賴, 而且這個價格再加一顆荷包蛋, CP值很可以。

泰式雞腿肉飯 小 NT$70
這道一上桌就讓蓋瑞聯想到之前到泰國曼谷玩時吃到的海南雞飯。這道的重點就是使用長米並在米上澆上雞汁, 就算單吃米飯也很不錯吃, 慢慢咀嚼可以吃得到雞汁的香氣; 而附上的紅色沾醬的辣度應該算小辣, 拿來沾雞腿肉很加分; 最後, 店家還附上一碗好喝的湯, 完美。

泰式涼拌海鮮 NT$150
原本是要點涼拌木瓜絲的, 但因為已完售就改點這道。潘妮泰式餐食 的酸以及辣都是給到很足的那種, 辣度對蓋瑞來說是小辣程度, 但是對於吃辣幼幼班的吃友來說是大辣程度, 如果吃辣和吃酸功力不好的人, 建議可以交待店家特製屬於你的口味。這道最特別的就是裡面加入了粉絲和大量的新鮮洋蔥絲, 吃起來很過癮啊!

泰式海鮮酸辣湯 NT$120
這碗冬蔭共的味道和蓋瑞在泰國喝到的有87分像, 但是辣度和酸度大概是泰國的1/3左右, 所以湯就變得很容易喝啦, 很符合台灣人的口味。

泰式海鮮炒粄條 NT$100
這道真的很出人意料之外。粄條是用超寬的粄條, 而在一入口之後吃到的調味是偏甜的, 雖然還不錯吃, 但心想這是不是台南口味的炒粄條??建議要把店家附的檸檬豪不手軟地擠下去啦!才會瞬間變成泰式。
