老實說, 今天要介紹的這間中餐外送, 蓋瑞很是掙扎。米谷手作料理的餐盒應該是目前為止蓋瑞介紹過這麼多間裡面, 餐點美味十足, 配菜很OK, 再加上還有附沙拉以及湯品, CP值整個爆表。但是唯一的缺點就是因為生意太好, 加上蓋瑞的公司遠在FAR FAR AWAY, 幾乎都遲到啊。所以, 建議想要訂米谷的人一定要做好會被遲到的心理準備, 或是外送離店家不會太遠的會比較OK。

對上班族來說, 有時候中午吃膩了中式便當就會想吃點別的東西, 而如果剛好有外送的服務, 那麼蓋瑞就會嚐試叫午餐外送來吃看看。必需先說明, 外送的餐食絕對無法跟在店內用餐時的美味程度相比, 所以千萬不要用極高的標準來評價可外送的店家, 光是可以外送就要心存無比的感激了。而每個人的口味都是非常主觀的, 我的蜜糖可能是您的毒藥, 分享出來是為了讓每天中午必需外食的人能有多一點選擇。

米谷的燒肉弁當, 燒肉表面看起來好像沒什麼特別的, 但是它是有一定厚度的, 不像台南某間燒肉便當專賣店的燒肉那麼薄。而雖然燒肉有厚度但是調味還是很讚, 一吃就讓人感到非常驚艷, 蓋瑞和同事對這道主菜讚不絕口啊。

炸物類其實在外送的餐盒中很容易因為悶住產生水氣而讓炸麵衣變軟, 但是米谷的炸豬排還算OK, 麵衣不會太軟, 淋上豬排醬汁後, 加上豬排也是有一定的厚度, 一口咬下就是滿足。

不得不說, 光是這塊日式的醬煮秋刀魚很厲害, 燉煮到連魚刺都很容易入口, 且日式風味的醬煮味道很強大。

米谷的這道唐揚炸雞放在外送便當裡也是非常的厲害, 經過長途的運送, 炸雞的表皮還是非常地脆, 重點是裡面還保有雞汁。而米谷的炸雞吃起來有微微的焦香味, 就是那種在快要炸過頭但又沒有焦掉而產生出來的微焦香味, 蓋瑞個人還滿偏愛這種味道的, 好吃。
