1994年在高雄開業的桌上賓, 目前在高雄已有十幾家分店, 而在2018年10月終於北上開到台南來了。這間很特別地獲得了蓋瑞同事的一致好評, 所以一定要來介紹一下。
對上班族來說, 有時候中午吃膩了中式便當就會想吃點別的東西, 而如果剛好有外送的服務, 那麼蓋瑞就會嚐試叫午餐外送來吃看看。必需先說明, 外送的餐食絕對無法跟在店內用餐時的美味程度相比, 所以千萬不要用極高的標準來評價可外送的店家, 光是可以外送就要心存無比的感激了。而每個人的口味都是非常主觀的, 我的蜜糖可能是您的毒藥, 分享出來是為了讓每天中午必需外食的人能有多一點選擇。

桌上賓會獲得蓋瑞青睞有很大一部份是它的餐盒是分成上下兩層, 最下層是白飯, 上層固定配有四種配菜再加上主菜。特點是它的配菜都不太會有湯湯水水的, 這點很打中蓋瑞對便當的要求, 個人最怕的就太多湯水且又油膩的配菜, 這點桌上賓算是表現得很好, 大中!!而且份量真的給很多, 連白飯都是, 整個便當拿起來是沈甸甸的。

雞腿飯 NT$90
這道可以說是桌上賓的招牌, 雞腿Size幾乎佔滿了整個餐盒。重點是獨特的醃漬手法和味道, 讓桌上賓的雞腿成為必點主菜。

這道的調味偏重了一點, 對蓋瑞來說偏鹹, 但如果是重口味的人應該就會很對味。重點是, 牛肉塊給得很不手軟啊。
