這篇是蓋瑞的第一篇宅配美食介紹, 而且第一篇就是甜點。會知道影咖啡, 其實是幾個禮拜前蓋瑞看了追蹤的youtuber介紹了影加啡的招牌金磚布丁, 一看完就被生火, 立馬傳了影片連結給同事, 幫忙開團訂購宅配。
影咖啡原本在新竹是一間有店面的咖啡館, 但已於2018年8月底結束店面營業, 轉而開起工作室, 繼續甜點的宅配生意, 而它的招牌則是小小一塊但是很有份量的金磚布丁。但是, 這次宅配訂購後, 蓋瑞被影咖啡的可麗露& 司康 給圈粉, 因為它實在是太強大了, 大大的衝擊了蓋瑞對甜點的認知, 決定先來介紹它。
可麗露 NT$60
(冷凍可保存14天, 要吃之前取出退冰半小時即可享用, 千萬不可再加熱, 否則內餡會變乾)
老實說, 蓋瑞在這之前並沒有吃過可麗露, 但是知道它的製作過程很不簡單, 而且小小一個, 單價確不便宜, 認真一點的話, 甚至一口就可以吃掉一個。

可麗露 (Cannelés), 是一種法國的小型糕點, 相傳原於18世紀的波爾多。因為它的外形, 在日本又有"天使之鈴"的美名。它是一種很特別的甜點, 從它的外觀完全無法預測它的味道, 無知如蓋瑞, 之前常常看到它的照片, 不知為何腦中竟然把它的味道和香蕉做了聯結。結果, 在品嚐了影咖的可麗露之後, 感受了它的獨特甜點魅力, 完全把之前自我的無知想像做了全新的update!!

影咖啡的可麗露或許會是蓋瑞此生第一也是唯一吃過最好吃的可麗露了!為什麼會下這樣的註解? 根據有吃過可麗露的同事透露, 她吃過幾間不同的可麗露, 但是影咖啡的可麗露完勝啊!且在爬文影咖啡的粉專文章後, 相信蓋瑞下的這個註解不會太過誇張。

影咖啡的可麗露外層非常地脆, 散發濃厚的焦糖香味, 這應該是因為店家在製模過程中加入了蜂臘起的功用。

而另一個讓人驚豔的地方是, 雖然外層焦脆, 但是內餡卻是佈滿了氣孔, 吃起來Q軟但又非常的濕潤, 因為使用了香草莢並搭配了蘭姆酒製作, 一入口就散發非常迷人又有內涵的香氣。不起眼的外表蘊含著極度誘人的香氣。因為製作耗時且失敗率又高, 所以單價不便宜是必然的。但是在品嚐了影咖啡的可麗露後, 即使是不便宜的價格, 但是因為它的美味卻絕對超值。大力推薦給大家。

蔓越莓司康 NT$45
蓋瑞個人非常偏愛吃司康, 幾乎只要在烘培店看到, 只要賣相不是太差的, 一定會買來嚐鮮。原本對影咖啡的司康沒有報太大的期待, 預期會是一個表現OK的司康, 結果, 在微波加熱後撥開一看, 心想這個不簡單哦, 而確實在吃下第一口後, 立馬竄升到蓋瑞吃過的司康第一名。

大多數的司康都非常的乾, 而且撥開後就會一直掉削削, (冷知識教學: 西方人口水分泌的量比東方人還多, 所以很乾的法國麵包, 司康, 或是歐式麵包對他們來說很OK) 可是, 影咖啡的司康內部一樣是氣孔較多, 吃起來不乾, 有一定的濕潤感, 有點小Q勁, 非常好吃啊!

這次在過農曆年前訂購, 不知道是否為了應景, 一打開盒子就看到了小小的紅色春聯印著"財 & 春", 讓人感覺到喜氣滿滿。

影咖啡的招牌金磚布丁曾被選為新竹十大伴手禮。最大的特色就是它長方形外層酥脆的塔皮, 而中間的布丁內餡加上它的外觀被同事戲稱它根本就是蛋塔偽裝的。不過它的好吃是事實這點不變。

蓋瑞試過把它從冷凍室移至冷藏室約2~3個小時後取出食用, 內餡吃起來是像冰淇淋的口感, 非常特別。(如下圖)

下圖則是另一天, 蓋瑞將它放於冷藏室約8個小時後取出食用, 很明顯就可以看出內餡變得很軟綿, 吃起來又是另一種不同層次的美味。

非常薄的塔皮, 填上了滿滿的檸檬醬, 咬一口後, 臉馬上下意識地就揪在一起, 檸檬的酸味不斷地攻擊著味蕾, 但是是非常溫和的刺激著, 不是那種酸到讓人無法忍受的強酸, 之後隨之而來的是口腔裡充滿了檸檬的清新香味, hen 可以。
