自從介紹了永康區西勢的無名煎粿 (連結按此) 以及大灣三王廟的煎粿 (連結按此) 後, 就突然想要把台南幾家有名的煎粿全部都收集齊全, 今天就前往新化了。

新化這家煎粿攤, 要說是有店面, 好像也不算, 它只能勉強說是用鐵皮搭蓋起來的一個小小攤位, 往裡面加上幾桌內用桌而己, 但是, 它在新化區應該是熱門早餐人選之一, 建議如果不想排隊, 一定要在6:30以前到啊, 因為蓋瑞6點到, 已經有很多人在點餐, 客人絡繹不絕, 不過還好沒有等很久。
這是早上七點半排隊的狀況, 所以要吃美食還是要早起啊

這裡的煎粿裡面包了一點點的肉燥, 煎好的粿吃起來偏軟, 幾乎放到嘴吧裡用上下顎稍微一抿就可以輕鬆化掉, 配上店家獨特的芶芡醬汁, 還不錯吃。

但是, 最讓蓋瑞吃完眼睛為之一亮的是這裡的碗粿, 它看起來雖然很不起眼, 內餡也很簡單, 只有蛋+肉燥, 但是粿本身吃起來滿滿的肉燥古早味, 完全是蓋瑞小時候吃到的碗粿味道, 狂推, 來這裡一定要點來吃看看。

同事點的豬血湯, 一碗才NT$15, CP值超高, 同事說加上蒜泥之後, 超好喝的! (呃, 蓋瑞不喜歡蒜的味道, 完全無法想像)
