這篇要介紹的 理島‧Ideal island , 蓋瑞從它一開始營業就持續地在關注, 就這樣也過了快一年終於找到機會前來品嚐。今晚點的料理對蓋瑞和吃友來說, 或許因為料理調味都偏清淡, 比較沒有一吃就讓人很驚艷的反應, 取而代之的是必需用心細細去品嚐才能從食材本身的味道輔以主廚的烹調技術吃出每一道餐點的精髓。請注意, 店內用餐需加收1成服務費。
油封白蝦 / 麵包 NT$350
這道料理在香氣以及調味上一樣有著理島的特色, 屬於曖曖內含光派別, 橄欖油裡的蒜香味很含蓄, 需要細細品嚐, 如果辣味能再多一點點會更讚。白蝦還滿新鮮的, 吃得到蝦子的甜味, 而蘑菇也很Juicy啊, 然後切片法國麵包很酥脆, 拿來沾橄欖油吃很讚。

如果是害怕海鮮腥味的人請跳過這一道。對害怕魚腥味的蓋瑞來說, 擺在麵上面的煎鱈魚肝的海味還滿有存在感的, 尤其是它一端上桌的時候。蓋瑞覺得鱈魚肝給的量有點偏少, 但明太子給的量又很大方; 雖然鱈魚肝有煎過, 不過吃起來的口感還是軟軟爛爛的哦, 害怕這種口感的人請迴避。整體麵的調味偏清淡, 麵體還保有一點點硬的口感, 細細咀嚼可以品嚐出食材和店家用心調製醬汁的味道。

干貝青醬燉飯 NT$380
出乎意料地, 干貝竟然是用油炸的方式呈現, 共有三顆干貝, 也還不錯吃。燉飯的米飯本人是軟的, 不是保有一點米心的那種, 而青醬的味道還滿不賴的, 整體份量也滿多的, 一個人要完食可能還有點難度, 建議點多樣餐點一起分食。在吃這道燉飯的時候, 蓋瑞一直有種衝動想叫店家多加一點現刨的起司啊~~~~

這一塊鴨胸的份量頗巨, 熟度大概在五分熟左右, 上桌之後切開中間會再流出些許血水, 這個熟度對蓋瑞的吃友來說還是稍嫌太生, 如果怕吃太生的話, 可以詢問店家能否烹調至六~七分熟, 但千萬不要交待要全熟哦, 這可不是在吃北京烤鴨。鴨胸整體沒有太多的調味, 即使沾取盤裡的醬汁或是地瓜泥都還是主要能嚐到鴨胸本來的味道。目前蓋瑞吃過的幾間台南鴨胸料理的店, 應該還是 暮燃鐵板燒料理 (文章連結請按此) 的呈現方式最對蓋瑞的胃口。

底下的獵人燉肉以及絲瓜濃湯是點主餐加價$200附的, 另外還可點一杯$80的飲品。獵人燉肉的調味應該是今晚點的所有餐點裡面調味最重的, 帶有濃厚蕃茄以及香料味的燉肉非常好吃; 而蓋瑞和吃友是第一次喝絲瓜濃湯, 它的味道十分的絲瓜味, 但蓋瑞沒有很愛, 絲瓜用吃的可以, 做成滿滿絲瓜味的濃湯喝起來很不能適應啊。
