先來個結論。Red Eyes Pizza Co. 紅眼披薩 店內只有一樓的內用區, 大約可以容納10~14位, 強烈建議於用餐前一天私訊店家訂位。因為披薩製作及烘烤就在內用區旁, 所以當全部座位坐滿以及店家火力全開時, 店內溫度也更著上升, 怕熱的人或許可以請店家將冷氣開強一點。Red Eyes Pizza Co. 紅眼披薩 的餅皮吃起來和 來一片 (食記連結請按此) 頗類似, 加上店裡有免費提供常溫以及冰的白開水, 所以可以不用捨近求遠, 強烈推薦來紅眼披薩就對了。
食月 White Moon NT$280
這個口味的披薩推薦必點必點必點。一上桌撲鼻而來的是莫札瑞拉起司&佩科里諾乾酪的濃郁奶香味, 吃進嘴裡則是先被培根的香氣暴擊味蕾, 層次極豐富的披薩, 好吃死了。

加拿大籍的老闆很貼心地提醒這一個口味的披薩有加墨西哥辣椒, 會有點辣。店家自製的蕃茄泥鋪底, 灑上香料牛碎肉, 墨西哥辣, 紅洋蔥以及莫札瑞拉起司&佩科里諾乾酪&酸奶, 嚐起來鹹酸, 微甜和微辣, 再加上起司的多層次香味, 很不賴。如果覺得還不夠, 店家還有附上CREAM CHEESE, 搭配著披薩最邊邊的餅皮一起吃也很讚。

巧克力乳酪CALZONE NT$220
CALZONE 就是義大利披薩餃, 外形像餃子但體型比較大。可能因為西方國家比較重視顧客對於食物是否會過敏的關係, 老闆在準備製作這道披薩餃之前還特別過來告知, 這道巧克力乳酪餃裡面會加核桃, 詢問是否OK?
老闆很貼心, 上桌前先幫切成三等份, 方便蓋瑞和同學一人一塊食用。使用Nutella巧克力醬, 外加了不少核桃, 再加上Q軟有嚼勁的餅皮, 扣除掉巧克力醬有點太甜以外, 是一道很不錯的甜點, 推薦可點。

冰菓獅高粱梅子西打氣泡酒 NT$200
純粹是因為看到高梁與梅子這兩個成份就直接選它了, 結果出乎意料地好好喝, 酒精濃度只有4%, 青梅的酸甜滋味再加上沁涼的氣泡感, 讓人一喝就愛上, 強力大推。
