櫻桃鴨胸 | 黑蒜. 青蔥 NT$350
這應該是蓋瑞第一次認真吃到黑蒜, 盤底的黑醬就是黑蒜頭做的, 如果不說, 蓋瑞會以為它是很溫和不會太酸的烏梅醬, 用來搭配鴨胸還滿不錯吃的。

烏龍麵 | 廣島牡蠣. 海苔奶油醬 NT$280
這道烏龍麵最吸睛的應該就是裡面加了三大顆的廣島牡蠣, 但老實說, 如果是害怕牡蠣腥味的人請避開它, 不能說它完全沒有腥味, 或許做成炸牡蠣吃不出來, 但做為這道奶油烏龍麵的主角, 蓋瑞覺得今晚的牡蠣有一點點腥味, 有一點點扣分, 尤其又是使用這麼大SIZE的廣島牡蠣, 會放大它的味道。撇除這一點, 鳥龍麵Q彈, 搭配海苔奶油醬也滿好吃的, 推薦可點。

可樂餅 | 藍冰蟹, 綠花椰, 絲綢乳酪 NT$150/顆
這是蓋瑞第一次吃到絲綢乳酪, 很特別的口感, 吃起來有點像魷魚絲或蟹肉棒的口感, 乳酪香氣溫和不會太嚇人, 可惜的是把放在剛炸好的可樂餅上面的絲綢乳酪帶點冰涼感, 降低了可樂餅的鮮炸熱度。可樂餅內餡已經很難找到藍冰蟹本人, 但吃起來確實有蟹肉的味道, 整體內餡極富濕潤度, 還不錯吃, 推薦可點。

這個烤布丁應該是蓋瑞吃過這麼多布丁裡面最獨樹一格的硬派布丁, 推薦必點必點必點。因為加了奶油乳酪, 讓它的口感嚐起來像在吃極綿密的CHEESE CAKE, 但它的觸感卻又極為紮實, 不是ㄉㄨㄞ ㄉㄨㄞ的那一種, 觸感與口感還滿違和的, 但又出奇的好吃, 一個人完食一顆輕而易舉。
