台南市區裡有很多小巷弄, 如果不是因為要到訪的店家很多都選在小巷裡, 可能一輩子走過路過都不會選擇轉個彎進去冒險一下。每次到訪位於巷弄裡的店家都是一次巷弄探險, 也是頗有趣, 而每一次的探險都讓自己對台南市區有多一點點的認識, 而這篇要介紹的 双町 店址也是在一條極小的巷弄內。
奶油鮭魚炊飯 NT$300
來双町用餐, 推薦一定要點它的炊飯來嚐嚐。今晚點了奶油鮭魚炊飯, 上面鋪了四季豆, 青蔥, 鮭魚肉, 鮭魚卵以及竹筍。上桌後趕快先充分攪拌, 鍋邊會有些許鍋巴, 如果想要吃硬一點的可以放久一點再拌。整體調味不會過重, 然後店家很貼心的已將鮭魚刺全部去除, 可以很安心的大口大口享用, 超讚。
