台南復興市場似乎也在向友愛市場看齊, 入夜後的傳統市場裡人頭鑽動。今天要介紹的海之味食堂-復興市場, 從2019年的待吃名單之中來來回回了好幾次, 終於在2020年初排到它了。一到現場有點被它的高人氣嚇到, 實際吃了這麼一回也終於了解為何它會如此受歡迎了。

今天發了瘋似的點了好幾道明太子的相關品項, 因為之前被吳留手串燒居酒屋(文章連結請按此)的明太子雞肉串/雞翅的強烈腥味嚇到, 為了實驗是否每一間的明太子都有腥味, 蓋瑞現在只要看到有明太子產品就是會想要點來吃看看。

海之味食堂的明太子基本上美乃滋的量非常多, 雖然還是微微可以吃到明太子的嗶嗶波波口感, 不過和真正日式串烤店的比起來還是有一段差距, 但至少沒有腥味。底下的雞肉串不是烤的而是炸的, 也不錯吃。

這道和雞肉串相比, 如果確定雞肉串是用炸的手法呈現的話, 蓋瑞個人偏愛雞肉串多一點。這兩道的炸出來的成果完全不一樣, 顏色和調味也不一樣, 但同樣都吃得到有肉汁。

點這道的人最好要有心理準備, 不確定是否因為製作很耗時的關係或是現場用餐人數太少, 這道是今晚最晚上菜的, 其他的品項全部上完也吃完後還等了大約10~20分鐘。帶皮的切塊馬鈴薯表皮烤到飄出的香味幾乎快跟沒有太多調味的薯片餅乾一樣的味道, 裡面吃起來鬆軟, 搭配會牽絲的起司絲, 還不錯。

奶油培根蛋黃麵 NT$80
這道的CP值其實還滿高的。利用製作義大利麵的Carbonara的手法加以作變化, 蛋黃是直接在完成之後再放置於麵體上面; 而麵體則改成烏龍麵, 也很適合拿來搭配這道的醬汁, 麵體附著醬汁的面積比義大利麵來得多, 如果是愛吃奶油白醬的人一定會覺得吃這道非常地過癮, 推薦必點。
