店家很貼心的在菜單上還提供了可加香菜與不加香菜的選項。蓋瑞因為怕吃不飽, 所以加了麵。

這碗肉骨茶看起來湯頭超黑, 是標準的馬來西亞風味的肉骨茶。在這邊順便教大家, 新加坡的肉骨茶也有名, 但是它是以胡椒為底, 湯的顏色較清淡, 是喝起來有點胡椒辣味的肉骨茶; 而馬來西亞則是中藥味較重, 湯頭看起來較黑的肉骨茶。蓋瑞在以前出差新加坡以及馬來西亞時都曾品嚐過當地道地的肉骨茶, 兩者各有特色, 蓋瑞都很愛。

非茶的湯頭蓋瑞一喝就覺得和在馬來西亞喝過的有7~8成相似, 雖然湯頭看起來超黑, 但是實際上喝起來中藥味不重, 連不愛中藥味的蓋瑞都可以接受, 相信一定可以被大多數人接受。
裡面的配料其實滿豐富的, 雖然正統的肉骨茶應該是要用切得較長的子排下去熬煮, 不過非茶選用軟骨也算是別有用心, 至少不會讓客人吃得很狼狽, 也能減少廚餘量。 軟骨熬製地非常軟爛, 豬腸也是, 另外還有2顆吃起來非常有Q勁的丸子, 好吃。

非茶的KAYA吐司一咬下去就有香蘭葉獨有的芋頭味道, 和BULA冷油咖椰吐司(文章介紹請按此)的咖椰吐司完全不同, 不過2者各有特色, 蓋瑞都喜歡。

非茶店內用餐空間不大, 無提供訂位服務, 但是因為餐點簡單, 基本上用餐時間不會拖太久, 大部份消費者都吃完就離開, 所以即使客滿也應該只要等一下下就可入座, 推薦給喜歡南洋料理的老饕們。
