這間放在口袋名單很久很久的永康區名店, 一直找不到適當時間前來用餐, 很大的原因是它不接受訂位, 用餐時間只要經過門口永遠都是大排長龍, 讓人望之卻步。不過經過這麼多年, 心想應該已經過了熱潮, 今天還特地選在中午避開用餐時間前來用餐, 幸運地不用排隊, 很順利就入座了, 不過店內也經乎是滿座的情況啊。
咖哩唐揚炸雞 NT$200
第一次來到魚小璐, 唐揚雞是必點菜色, 因為它就是靠著唐揚雞在開幕沒多久就爆紅的啊。

因為想要嚐嚐魚小璐的咖哩醬味道, 所以就點了這道, 吃得到唐揚雞也吃得到咖哩。一上桌就是熱氣騰騰, 從照片應該可以很明顯看到飄散而出的熱氣。咖哩醬比較偏日式, 調製的味道還滿符合大眾口味的, 不錯吃。

重點的唐揚雞塊一共有六大塊, 選用新鮮現宰的溫體雞腿肉, 每塊唐揚雞Size都不小, 重點是表層炸得酥脆, 幾乎把肉汁完全鎖在裡面, 建議咬下的第一口要小心燙口的肉汁。

這個炸豬排的麵衣蓋瑞要特別介紹一下。不要看它好像薄薄的一層, 但是炸到非常的酥脆, 脆到蓋瑞薄弱的口腔黏膜在吃了幾口之後就感覺有點因為食物太燙以及麵衣太脆而有一點點受傷了。
豬排的肉質不會因為給得很厚而不好入口, 相反地則是可以很輕易地就咬斷, 處理得非常好。

使用的不是嫩豆腐, 而是吃得到豆香且質地微微硬質的豆腐。深碟底下加入大量的和風醬油, 再放上豆腐, 最上面再灑上足量的柴魚片以及少量青蔥, 簡單的料理但也因為和風醬油的關係, 變得有點不一樣。
