很久沒有訂千記的桶飯來吃, 2018年底再次訂購時, 店家已調整新的菜單, 所以順便將文章和圖片更新一下。底下是蓋瑞之前有介紹過的中午外送美食, 也供大家參考:

招牌的$49元桶飯即使更新了菜單仍然保留著, 只是將溏心蛋變成了蛋捲了, 但是CP值還是超高啊!!

這道是蓋瑞的最愛, 幾乎每次都點這個, 因為千記的雞捲真的太好吃了, 加上銷魂的溏心蛋, 大愛啊!!

對上班族來說, 有時候中午吃膩便當以及麵食, 就會想吃點別的東西, 而如果剛好有外送的服務, 那麼蓋瑞就會想要嚐試叫中餐外送來吃看看。必需先說明, 外送的餐食絕對無法跟在店內用餐時的美味程度相比, 所以千萬不要用極高的標準來評價可外送的店家, 光是可以外送就要心存無比的感激了。
今天要介紹的千記桶飯, 直接看底下的菜單價格, 對, 您沒有看錯, 一個招牌烤腿桶飯只要NT$49。現在物價只漲不跌的外食環境裡, 千記的訂價簡直是佛心來的, 老板說這樣的價格幾乎沒賺頭啊! 加上又有外送服務, 這不幫忙介紹真的對不起老板 (非業配文)。

另外, 要特別介紹千記的溏心酒蛋 (單點NT$18), 吃起來有不算淡的酒香, 口感滑嫩, 比某家酒廠做的酒蛋還要好吃, 重點是千記不計成本的在每一份桶飯裡都附上半顆, 真的要給老板一個大大的讚!

還有, 千記桶飯裡其中的一樣配菜是清漬物, 或許有些人不愛, 但是千記的漬物還不錯吃哦, 而且在吃了主菜及其它配菜後, 來上一口清物可以轉換一下口中的味道, 也有開胃的功能。

一開始以為千記的雞捲是龍鳯雞捲, 結果完全不是。它應該是用一整個去腿雞腿肉捲製而成下去油炸, 外皮脆脆的, 裡面的雞肉多汁, 一點都不柴, 調料不會過份地重, 還不錯吃, 在中餐能吃到這樣別出心裁的主菜, 很讓人滿足。
