今天是冬至, 在蓋瑞前幾個禮拜介紹了宅夕食晚餐外送 (文章連結請按此)後, 又發現了今天要介紹的「開夥宅配晚餐」。在研究菜單時, 剛好看到在冬至的今天有額外贈送一份湯圓, 在確認當晚有4人在家用餐後, 立馬下單。

開夥的宅配晚餐與宅夕食一樣是四菜一湯, 可以供3~4人食用, 但價位比宅夕食高了NT$60, 一份為NT$450 (不含白飯), 首購打九折, NT$405。基於愛嚐鮮的個性, 即使較貴, 但是因為冬至的今天額外贈送了一份湯圓, 加上首購, 所以還算便宜。

開夥和宅夕食一樣都是使用玻璃餐盒以及保溫罐盛裝食材, 今天看到上圖保鮮盒上蓋上的霧氣就知道食材尚有一定溫度。
麻油松板豬
此道料理滿有創意的, 蓋瑞第一次吃到松板豬是用麻油下去料理, 重點是, 其實個人不是很愛吃麻油的料理, 但是開夥的這道料理, 麻油不會下得太重, 麻油香淡淡的, 松板豬仍保有它該有的口感, 不會太過老硬, 配上油菜花, 搭配吃起來還不賴。

紫蘇梅香魚
香魚料理常常出現在日式料理店裡, 但是蓋瑞不是很愛吃牠, 因為大部份的日式料理店出來的香魚, 常常皮與肉分離, 魚刺都黏在肉上, 很難挑! 對, 沒錯, 蓋瑞很討厭吃魚刺多又難挑除的魚。

But, 開夥的這道紫蘇梅香魚讓蓋瑞吃了幾口之後大為驚訝, 牠竟然被料理到連魚刺都可以吃下!! 紫蘇梅的香味, 配上香魚細緻的魚肉, 再加上不用怕被魚刺刺到, 完全大加分, 狂推!!

雖然是贈品, 但是也不馬虎, 紅豆湯的甜味對蓋瑞來說剛剛好, 完全不會過甜, 而湯圓應該是使用XX牌有包餡的湯圓, 蓋瑞吃了一顆是花生口味的。
