在開始介紹今天的店家之前, 先來個日文教學吧。かき氷 這三個字是日文的刨冰/剉冰的意思, 日文讀音: かきごおり, 中文發音類似 “咖ㄎㄧ夠利”, 英文發音類似: Kakigori, 學會了嗎?

冰ㄉ• かき氷其實一開始是開在台南市東區, 當時蓋瑞就在IG上久仰它的大名已久, 被各路人馬PO的照片燒到不行, 但是行動力很弱, 一直沒有排時間去踩點, 而原本在台南市赤崁東街開立的二店後來也搬家到萬昌街的現址, 總算被蓋瑞排到待吃名單裡了。結果, 今天晚上因為原本要去吃晚餐的店臨時公休, 到最後變成先來冰ㄉ• かき氷吃冰, 吃完冰再解決晚餐了。
手作原味布丁 NT$70
這個布丁很鬧, 但是也表現出店家的小心機。現在社群軟體發達, 重度使用者應該都熱衷於發布限時動態, 也因為這樣, 店家直接將整個布丁連同杯子倒扣在淺盤上端上桌, 看是要拍照還是要錄影隨便你。

回歸食物本身, 這個原味布丁很可以, 吃起來很有古早味蒸布丁的味道, 蛋香味超濃, 但是又沒有蛋腥味, 推薦必點。(雖然店員極力推銷咖啡布丁, 但是最後還是點了原味的。有興趣的人有機會來的話也可以試試咖啡布丁)

一杯草莓冰 NT$100
看到有草莓冰, 點起來就對了。其實這杯新鮮的草莓量並沒有很多, 但因為加了草莓果醬也讓它的風味吃起來更香了一點, 而畫龍點晴的部份就是在中間加了一層白色液狀物體, 一開始蓋瑞還沒有吃出來是什麼, 以為是鮮奶油之類的, 後來認真多吃幾口才發現是加入了優格, 中和了草莓果醬的甜度, 高招。

一杯哈蜜瓜冰 NT$100
這杯哈蜜瓜冰也是好拍等級, 上面的哈蜜瓜切塊超甜的。不過旁邊附上的小杯蜂蜜檸檬淋醬則被點這道的吃友說它很酸, 剛好中和一下。

麵茶湯圓冰 NT$45
安內一大碗只要$45, 也是佛心來著。上面加了大量的麵茶粉, 如果沒有好好攪拌而直接挖來吃的話, 請特別小心不要被粉末給嗆到了。而湯圓不只有白湯圓, 還有芋圓及以抹茶口味的, 還不錯吃。
