韓式牛肉餅 떡갈비 NT$230
有看過韓國實境綜藝節目 尹Stay的人, 應該對於節目裡由朴敍俊製作的栗子牛肉餅떡갈비 印象深刻, 而這道宮廷級料理也是蓋瑞在觀看該節目時最想要吃的料理之一。其實節目裡的 栗子牛肉餅 製作過程繁雜, 雖然在看到 小偷廚房有供應牛肉餅, 還是詢問店家是否如同尹Stay裡的一樣, 想當然爾得到的答案是不同囉, 裡面並沒有包栗子泥。不過不管怎樣還是決定要點來吃看看, 因為蓋瑞和吃友們也都沒吃過韓式的牛肉餅。

底下這幾樣小菜是點餐附贈的, 因為蓋瑞和吃友是全部的餐點大家一起分食, 一共供應了4道小菜, 所以不確定單一份主食是附上幾樣小菜, 大家可以在IG私訊預約時詢問闆娘。不得不說, Dodugi Kitchen 小偷廚房韓式私廚料理 的這幾樣小菜都很好吃, 傳統韓式泡菜的味道是蓋瑞旅遊國期間也沒吃過的味道, 但是超好吃; 蘿蔔葉泡菜則是蓋瑞第一次吃到, 有看一日三餐女子山村篇的人一定會對裡面廉晶雅強推的蘿蔔葉泡菜印象深刻, 蓋瑞今晚也是一吃就愛上啊; 而洋蔥泡菜也是讓蓋瑞思念了好久, 因為在旅遊首爾時, 在”皇后家人蔘雞” 吃到了超好吃的洋蔥泡菜, 從此念念不忘, 終於在今晚又再度吃到還不賴的洋蔥泡菜。

泡菜豬肉豆腐煲 순두부찌개 NT$250 (小)
這個蓋瑞和吃友們都大推, 必點必點必點。這應該是蓋瑞目前為止, 在台南吃過除了草屋 (文章連結請按此)以外, 吃到最好吃的泡菜豬肉豆腐煲了。怕辣的人其實也不用擔心, 這道的辣度沒有很辣, 對蓋瑞來說大概在微辣程度左右, 只要你敢吃韓式泡菜就可以。這個豆腐煲裡面材料非常豐富, 有蛤蜊, 豬五花肉, 雞蛋, 嫩豆腐, 黃豆芽菜, 洋蔥, 菇類等等, 靈魂的湯頭則是充滿了鮮味以及黃豆芽的清甜味, 超讚的。

要吃這一道之前建議一定要先給它好好攪拌攪拌, 因為精華的醬汁都在底部啊。寬粉條以及馬鈴薯吸滿了湯汁, 有夠好吃; 雖然這一道有放辣椒, 但是基本上是不會辣的, 怕辣的人可以安心食用。

如果敢吃辣且是吃重口味的人, 推薦可以點這一道。蓋瑞沒有吃過道地的春川辣炒雞, 所以也無從比較這一道是否道地, 不過它也是好吃的啦, 辣度在小辣左右。

雜菜 잡채 (單點)
這一道是蓋瑞看到店家IG之前的PO有出現過, 所以任性的向老闆娘許願, 希望可以另外單點這道雜菜 (價格忘了問, Sorry)。這道蓋瑞曾經在韓國吃過, 調味偏重了一點點, 而小偷廚房的調味有比較符合台灣人的口味, 較為清淡, 但一樣好吃啦。
韓式烤肉 소불고기 (單點)
這一道是吃友指定許願想要吃到的菜色, 一樣很感謝老闆娘答應我們的任性要求。這道一樣是不錯吃, 有韓, 吃起來鹹甜鹹甜, 如果牛肉再多一點就更好了。另外這道還有附上生菜可以包肉吃。然後耳尖的老闆娘聽到蓋瑞和吃友在討論"包飯醬", 也好心的提供了一些給我們, 大心。

和吃友們飯後聊天到一半才想到忘了點燒酒+啤酒, 結果啤酒已完售未補貨, 只剩下紅蓋的燒酒。硬要喝的結果就是在徵得闆娘同意後, 便衝到巷口的便利店買了百威以及一罐也是來自韓國的啤酒回來自製燒啤。結論是, 還是要用CASS的啤酒做成的燒啤最好喝啊。
