店家對於使用桂丁雞有很大的自信, 所以這一道就真的如菜單上寫的只烤了半熟, 中間還看得到雞肉生生的顏色。但吃下一塊之後真的馬上就能理解為介紹裡面會寫它甜度高, 保水性好, 即使生食也沒有肉腥味, 完全就是如介紹的那樣好吃, 也完全沒有蓋瑞最害怕的雞hen咪, 搭配上一小小顆哇沙米一起下肚, 還不賴, 推薦可以點來嚐鮮。

原本以為這個是全部都只有蔥下去烤, 結果不是, 只有雞肉加蔥段。雞肉不用多說, 就是好吃, 而蔥段烤過之後非常甜,也是超好吃。
