台南有名的千層蛋糕名店其實有好幾間, 蓋瑞都吃過, 好不好吃就見人見智, 蓋瑞大概只喜歡其中的一間, 不過不是最有名的那間。另外網路上那種要私訊預訂才吃得到的店也不少。今天要介紹的一伴甜點工作室 R.Y. Cafe則是開在離台南市區有一段距離的仁德區, 也是主打千層蛋糕, 除了可私訊預訂也有實體店面可內用。

一伴甜點工作室 R.Y. Cafe的千層蛋糕特色就是蛋皮超薄, 層層疊疊了50層, 而每一層間的奶油也是超薄一層, 不像有的店家因為每一層間的奶油量過多, 導致吃沒幾口就膩了。

蓋瑞是抹茶控, 好吃的抹茶產品就是要夠抹, 吃起來要有抹茶的苦澀味和濃濃的抹茶香氣。一伴甜點工作室 R.Y. Cafe的小山園龍膽濃厚抹茶千層完全符合蓋瑞對它的期待, 吃得出來店家完全不手軟地下重本, 50層的抹茶蛋皮完全吃不出來有蛋味, 而抹茶鮮奶油嚐起來完全不會太甜和過膩, 也是很抹的那種, 推推。

小山園若竹黑糖凍舒芙蕾 N$180
原本蓋瑞是先私訊店家要預留芒果口味的舒芙蕾, 但是後來看到店家IG上的抹茶口味立馬傳連結給同學看, 就變心了, 幸好有更改口味。畢竟蓋瑞從小每到芒果的產季就有吃不完的芒果, 吃芒果吃到怕, 長大之後也就沒有很愛吃芒果了。

老實說, 蓋瑞吃過舒芙蕾的次數大概不到五次, 所以可以比較的樣本數不多。至今印象最深刻的就是在沖繩國際通內的 C&C BREAKFAST吃到的舒芙蕾, 它吃起來的泡泡口感很重, 超好吃, 幾乎是入口即化的程度。
一伴甜點工作室 R.Y. Cafe的舒芙蕾上桌時還冒著白煙, 輕輕搖動它就是ㄉㄨㄢ ㄉㄨㄢ的, 單吃的話幾乎吃不到蛋的腥味, 光是這一點就先給50分。吃起來的口感濕潤感適中, 也有吃到泡泡感。
而使用小山園若竹抹茶粉做成的抹茶醬, 店家神來一筆在裡面加入了海鹽, 嚐起來有甜 / 鹹 / 苦 / 澀 的味道, 很有層次感, 也因為加入了海鹽, 讓整個舒芙蕾吃起來不會太過無聊, 也不會吃一半就過膩。

而如果想要換個口腔裡的味道, 也千萬不要忘了旁邊的黑糖凍, 它有夠好吃的, 不管是單吃或是沾著抹茶醬吃都好吃, 替這盤舒芙蕾做了最好的畫龍點睛效果, 大推。

香蕉唐寧伯爵磅蛋糕 NT$50
有別於有的店家會把磅蛋糕再回烤的方式, 店家則是冰冰的上桌並告知最佳的食用時機是等候約10分鐘之後再吃會是最佳的味道。誰知道和同學顧著聊天完全忘了要等候十分鐘, 很順手地就接先挖一口來吃, 才終於明白闆娘的溫心提醒為何。記得啊, 真的要等它稍微回溫之後再吃就能吃到很美味的香蕉伯爵磅蛋糕。如果怕自己一時忘了, 就先把它擺到桌子最遠的角落吧。

北海道重乳酪蛋糕 NT$140
蓋瑞和同學都各自外帶了一份這個重乳酪蛋糕回家。老實說, 它的尺寸真的很不大, 大約是正常版本的2/3或1/2。而原本抱著應該會吃到很濃的重乳酪味, 結果一吃有點小失望, 它大概是只有一般吃到的輕到中乳酪的味道而已, 不過它的質地很柔順, 在退冰之後再吃有點介於幕斯與cream cheese之間, 是好吃的。(照片缺了一角是因為在拆外層薄膜時不小心造成的意外)

後來闆娘在晚上傳訊來時蓋瑞便順便分享吃完的感想。闆娘告知她們是使用來自北海道的Lux奶油乳酪, 用量也佔了整個蛋糕的65%。這或許就是店家堅時使用高級食材, 但畢竟不是每個消費者都懂吃或是吃遍全世界的美食, 就會發生像蓋瑞這種門外漢會有的反應。如果看懂的人也懂得它高貴之處的話, 可以點來吃看看。
