鴨清湯拉麵-特製鴨出汁-玄月の醬油 NT$260
這是蓋瑞點的。基本上就是衝著洛屋的這道鴨清湯拉麵而來, 而 洛屋 應該也是台南極少數的拉麵店的拉麵上面不是放叉燒, 也不是放舒肥雞肉片, 而是放煎鴨胸肉片。以法式煎鴨胸的方式呈現在拉麵上, 上桌後肉質呈現粉嫩色, 表皮有煎過的香味及香料味, 老實說這鴨胸的味道及口感並不輸蓋瑞到目前為止吃過的煎鴨胸料理們; 而醬油湯底跟一般最常見的豚骨拉麵最大的差別就是不會膩口, 也或許因為這樣, 所以才會讓食客胃口更好可以吃更多, 所以店家有免費提供一碗白飯, 有需要的人不要害羞就大膽的開口吧。
這醬油風味的湯底, 蓋瑞選台灣鹹口味, 麵體選偏硬, 喝起來不會過鹹, 是蓋瑞喜歡的剛剛好鹹度, 在尾韻會帶有很微微的苦味, 其實還滿迷人的, 而湯裡還有附上一片新鮮檸檬片, 吃到一半想要轉味的人可以用筷子壓一壓檸檬片, 會有另一種風味。最後, 半顆的溏心蛋雖然吃得到酒味, 但其實很微, 中間的蛋黃個人覺得不夠流心質地啊……
