當蓋瑞一看到這篇要介紹的 9969洋食屋 的招牌燈箱時, 當下就直接連想到和 KADOYA喫茶店 (文章連結請按此) 的風格很像, 一間是甜點店, 一間是日式洋食屋, 同樣都有濃濃的日式風味。

目前9969洋食屋仍在試營運階段, 雖然招牌有拉麵, 不過尚未供應, 蓋瑞還滿期待它之後能儘快供應拉麵的, 因為IG上的照片看起來是好吃款。今晚點的燉牛肉以及黑咖哩都屬於比較重口的調味, 很適合搭配酒類或是氣泡飲一起食用。
紅酒燉牛肉 薯泥 法國麵包 NT$380
這是蓋瑞點的, 這道沒有白飯而是有好吃的薯泥以及2片法國麵包可以用來沾取醬汁及薯泥。不得不說, 麵包沾這道的醬汁有夠好吃, 吃完兩片之後在心裡吶喊著很想再跟店家多要幾片來沾。主角燉牛肉本人店家給了兩塊不同部位, 其中一塊裡面有帶筋的部份被燉煮到很軟但又保有肉筋的QQ咬感, 很讚, 推薦必點。

牛肉黑咖哩飯 NT$350
這一道是在日本有吃過黑咖哩的吃友一看到就指定要吃的, 吃友說跟她在日本吃到的有87分像, 一樣是比較重口的調味, 搭配煮到粒粒分明的白飯就還滿剛好的。而吃到最後黑咖哩醬沒了, 還剩幾口白飯, 被老闆聽到之後還很佛心的再多盛了一些咖哩醬給我們, 超大心。燉牛肉本人不用多說, 好吃啊。

預訂菜色。豬菲力看起來是用低溫慢烤熟成的方式, 中間還帶有粉嫩色, 但不用害怕, 是有熟的, 而調味主要是由店家調製的胡麻醬汁及白松露油來帶出, 還不錯吃。相比較豬菲力, 蓋瑞更被它旁邊的薯泥給吸引, 帶著薯泥的沙沙綿密的顆粒口感, 有著類似堅果所產生的油脂Creamy香氣, 再加上香料的點綴, 完全可以排進目前為止吃過前三名好吃的薯泥, 且個人私心很想給它第一名。

蓋瑞喝過的法式洋蔥湯屈指可數, 但9969洋食屋的法式洋蔥湯個人直接私心給它第一名, 也幸好它上面沒有放起司絲焗烤過, 可以很直接地喝到單純的洋蔥湯, 直接品嚐到洋蔥焦糖化之後的甜佐以及牛骨高湯所帶出來的的濃郁厚度, 但本質上又不膩口, 可以一直喝下去的好喝程度, 推薦必點。

個人覺得 9969洋食屋提供的杯子真的不及格啊。目前蓋瑞在台南喝過有使用事先冰凍過的啤酒酒杯的就是 十平ZYUU TSUBO (文章連結請按此) 以及 歐野基串燒き屋台 (文章連結請按此), 這樣用來喝啤酒才爽啊。
檸檬飲 NT$120
這杯的酸度還滿有存在感的, 店家應該是加入了藍色的柑橘糖漿做調色,以呈現無酒精特調的效果, 還不錯喝。
