想要一個人到外面餐廳吃燒肉是不是會却步, 擔心被店家拒收或多加收費用, 或是在意外人投來異樣眼光, 現在再也不用害怕了, 因為有自稱是"燒肉難民"的老闆, 為了拯救各位燒肉難民而開了今天要介紹的 燒肉難民營。

其實在六月初於IG看到試營運的消息後就立馬揪了吃友要前來當難民, 無奈店家只試營運了2天就閉關修練, 所以撲空。終於今天又在IG上看到它將於今晚正試營運, 剛好中午吃了一個有夠讓人生氣的蒜頭雞便當, 生理需求一直在告訴自己需要補充大量的肉類, 當下就決定要在今晚開幕當第一批客人, 下班就直衝。

不過似乎店家修練不夠, 原訂五點半開幕, 結果被告知要等到六點, 看著遠方的烏雲, 不想離開之後又遇到下雨, 既來之則安之, 就等吧。好不容易等到進場坐定位已是六點十幾分了, 幸好上菜速度不慢。

先來介紹菜單。跟試營運的菜單比起來, 正試開幕拿到的菜單果然有質感多了, 且多了很多品項可以選擇, 一共有八種套餐, 有豬, 有牛, 也有豬+牛的混合燒肉餐, 牛肉則還有分不同等級, 然後每種套餐都可以選200克或250克的肉量。每一份套餐附白飯, 沙拉, 湯, 小菜以及泡菜, 可免費續白飯一晚, 每人低消$300, 不含飲品。

牛肋條出乎意料地好吃, 原本蓋瑞害怕它肉條還滿有一定厚度的, 所以也沒有烤太久就開吃, 雖然這樣也很OK, 不過蓋瑞建議可以烤稍微久一點, 就算表面恰恰也沒關係, 因為肉質好的關係, 烤到恰恰吃起來肉質反而更好吃。

蓋瑞建議豬五花肉片最後再烤, 因為一放到烤爐上立馬就"發爐"啊!而且因為燒肉難民營的肉都有先醃過, 如果一開始就讓烤爐因為豬五花而火力全開, 烤盤會較容易因為沾滿醬汁而有焦狀物黏在上頭。

所以, 最建議的烤肉順序是牛五花-->牛助條-->豬梅花-->豬五花。而如果擔心烤盤上黏有焦狀物, 也可以一次就先將全部的肉都先烤好再慢慢大快朵頤。
介紹完主角之後, 再來介紹其它配角吧。白飯的量其實還滿大一碗的, 而沙拉加了胡麻醬也可以解油膩; 醃蘿蔔原本以為是像韓國泡菜那樣吃起來脆脆的, 不過它完全不是哦, 是有點偏軟, 也不錯吃; 而今晚的蛋花湯也是誠意十足, 還滿好喝的。

這樣一個套餐吃下來其實還滿有飽足感的, 肉也吃得很爽快。店內座位刻意設計成兩邊面牆的一字型座位, 一邊有6個座位, 另一 邊是7個, 總共13個座位。想吃肉的時候就來當難民吧。
