疫情期間不能飛出國就開始想念韓國的食物, 除了韓式烤肉以外 (有誰可以介紹蓋瑞台南哪裡可以吃到正統韓國味的烤肉, 真的找不到一間及格的耶!!連最基本的烤五花肉都找不到好吃的), 另一個最想吃的就是韓式炸雞了。上網找了一間離FAR FAR AWAY不遠的韓式炸雞店, 準備今晚解解饞。

先來個結論。Oppadak 歐巴答韓式炸雞的炸雞吃起來真的有”韓”的fu, 且有多種口味可以任選兩種變成半半炸雞, 價格也不會比單點一份口味的價格貴上太多, 很可以。不過請小心不要失心瘋點太多, 大份有6塊雞翅和6塊小雞腿, 小份的則數量減半, 建議一個人份大約吃個4~6塊即可, 因為很容易就有飽足感啊, 不要像蓋瑞和吃友這樣點太多。

原味炸雞 大 NT$330
原味炸雞是一定要點一份來吃看看的。基本上這裡所有的炸雞都是原味再加以變化而成。原味的外皮吃起來有淡淡的香蒜味道, 炸得脆脆的外皮, 吃起來很過癮。而每一盤炸雞都會附上炸薯條以及醃漬的蘿蔔塊, 就不需要再另外加點薯條了。

韓式炸雞厲害的地方就是即使在外層裹上了醬汁久放之後吃起來仍會有脆脆的口感。這一道蜂蜜醬加上香蒜味還滿搭的, 不錯吃。

半半炸雞 (韓式紅醬炸雞+地獄紅醬炸雞) NT$370
原本這兩個口味蓋瑞是各點小份的, 好心的店員告知可以直接搭成半半炸雞比較便宜。照片左手邊的是韓式紅醬, 而右手邊的是地獄紅醬。好笑的是送上來時詢問店員哪一邊是哪一個口味, 店員自己也搞不清楚, 因為都是紅紅的一片。

既然分不出來就直接選一邊來吃就知道了。韓式紅醬(照片左邊)吃起來是甜+小辣的味道; 而地獄紅醬(照片右邊)蓋瑞沒有嚐試, 吃友們說它真的有辣, 請小心服用, 因為靠近聞真的會有很重的辣椒醬+辣椒粉的味道, 對嗜辣的吃友來說這才是她愛的韓式炸雞啊。

招牌紅醬炸雞 無骨 NT$330
看到這個招牌紅醬端上來, 蓋瑞就喊說這個口味真的有夠”韓”。不知道為什麼, 韓國人好像很愛蜂蜜芥末醬, 之前到韓國的首爾以及釜山旅遊時, 買它們的炸雞一定會有蜂蜜芥末醬這個選項, 不過蓋瑞個人沒有很愛, 因為很容易膩。這款招牌紅醬的味道應該就是韓式紅醬再淋上蜂蜜芥末醬, 而無骨雞塊其實也滿大塊的, 份量很足啊。

看到這裡面有加入魚板片 오뎅 就先加50分, 另外還有加入不少會牽絲的起司也先加30分。這一道吃起來的辣度大概在小辣左右, 年糕吃起來也算Q, 可以點。

泡菜炒飯 NT$120
這個泡菜炒飯很可以, 不只不錯吃也不錯拍。鐵鍋上桌後很燙要小心, 外圈的蛋液裡面其實還加了起司, 且炒飯之上還加了很多海苔片, 充分拌勻之後吃起來還不賴, 大概是微辣的程度。

飲料因為是自取, 所以蓋瑞和吃友站在飲料櫃前面楞了一會, 發現上排飲料缶全都是寫韓文啊, 幸好蓋瑞有學過韓文, 輕鬆找到米露식혜 (也就是甜米釀)是哪一罐。不會韓文的沒關係, 如下圖, 外觀是黃色, 擺在飲料櫃的右上角。或許因為是易開罐的關係, 它喝起來偏甜, 所以 蓋瑞沒有喝完它, 不確定裡面是否喝得到米釀顆粒。
