這篇要介紹的店家在蓋瑞到訪時其實尚未正式對外營業。某一天在滑FB時就突然看到I Bun 菓子麵包的專頁, 點進去一看發現尚在籌備階段, 但可以大致看出餐點特色, 因為是蓋瑞喜歡的輕食類, 所以就一直留意店家之後的動態。

終於在看到店家更新了營業時間後立馬私訊詢問是否可以訂位用餐, 才得知其實店家尚未正式營運, 到用餐的今天, 店家都還只是處在試營運階段, 只供應餐點給自己的親友, 吸取各方建議並做餐點的調整。不過, 幸好好客的老闆娘答應讓蓋瑞在今晚前來用餐, 成為店家的第一組消費客人。
秘滷豬菓子 NT$150
這是蓋瑞點的。目前I Bun 菓子麵包的餐點都是單點, 可另外加價$100升級為套餐, 多了濃湯, 烤季節蔬果以及限定甜品; 另加點飲品則可折抵$50。

既然店名取名為菓子麵包, 那麼烘焙類的必然是它的強項。這道的麵包添加了蓬萊米粉經低溫長時間發酵, 烘烤出富含米香, 口感則介於越南法國麵包與帕尼尼之間的特製法國麵包; 內餡主角則是選用軟Q低脂的豬腰內肉滷製而成, 並夾上店家自醃的紅白蘿蔔絲以及小黃瓜和香菜, 讓這個特製的法國麵包吃起來有鹹香,酸甜和微辣以及有Q勁的口感, 好吃。

加價點的濃湯蓋瑞超愛, 尤其它很不熱 (吃友們愛喝熱湯, 但蓋瑞是貓舌頭, 偏愛喝溫冷湯), 且喝起來有沙沙的口感, 好喝。

烤季節蔬果幾乎沒有什麼調味, 火候控制得很好, 表面完全沒有烤焦的痕跡, 每一樣食材都還保有極高的水份, 單吃就是吃食材的原味, 或是可以沾取店家附上的起司增加味道。裡面比較特別的食材是有一顆草菇, 它超Juicy!!

最後這個芒果奶酪也是很厲害。選用當季的芒果製作的芒果醬很”芒”, 調味一樣是不會太甜, 搭配質地綿密的奶酪一起吃, 超讚。不過蓋瑞覺得奶酪本身如果奶味再重一點或許會更完美。

Taco雞菓子 NT$170
這道一樣是使用摻有蓬萊米粉的軟法麵包, 餡料主角是用煙燻紅椒, 孜然, 大蒜, 奧勒岡等多種香料醃製而成的雞胸肉, 以橄欖油乾煎出軟嫩的口感, 蓋瑞吃下第一口時有一秒鐘瞬間以為自己來到了中東, 和以前出差到中東國家吃到的味道有87分像; 另外店家在麵包裡塗上了自製的鷹嘴豆泥, 這也是中東國家餐桌上很常見的食材, 替這道低脂高蛋白的菓子增添了豐厚的味道; 最後再搭配上清爽的莎莎醬, 大口咬下很滿足啊。

綠咖喱雞佐米穀軟法 NT$180
如果是喜歡吃較重一點口味的可以點這一道。微辣的綠咖哩, 裡面加了不少蔬菜還有雞肉塊, 溫潤的綠咖哩用好吃的米穀軟法沾來吃應該可以嗑掉2條軟法沒問題。

農林仙女紅茶NT$100
這杯仙女紅茶上桌時蓋瑞和吃友們都很狐疑它到底是不是紅茶? 因為它濁濁的不像我們一般認識的紅茶那樣清澈, 但是它喝起來又是好喝的紅茶味道。後來詢問老闆娘得知因為仙女紅茶的茶葉特性, 如沒有急速低溫冷凍設備的話就會產生這種濁濁的顏色。不過老闆娘說它的這杯仙女紅茶有加了另外2種食材下去一起煮, 所以它喝起來的味道更加的溫潤好喝, 且不會過甜, 讚。

在結帳準備離去時, 好客老闆娘竟然喊了蓋瑞和吃友們”小朋友, 要不要一人帶一條菓子麵包回去吃?” 哇, 這種年紀還被叫”小朋友”, 有夠開心, 也就很好意思地開心收下老闆娘的愛心了。
芋泥+牛奶: 這個好吃死了!!幸好很好意思地沒有拒絕老闆娘的好意才能吃到它。超綿密的芋泥還帶點顆粒, 濃濃的芋香搭配著牛奶香, 絕配!!

咖啡拿鐵: 一樣是很好意思地接受老闆娘的款待, 請她做一杯熱拿鐵來喝看看。剛喝第一口時會覺得咖啡味太重, 再喝第二口, 第三口之後就漸漸順口了, 且喝得到咖啡拿鐵中牛奶應該有的甜味, 還不錯。
