會發現 食常 是因為上個禮拜日蓋瑞衝新店 木+炭 碳烤吐司 (文章連結請按此) 時, 坐在騎樓等候餐點時發現了馬路對面的店面人潮絡繹不絶, 不大的騎樓空間擠滿了用餐人潮, 好奇心驅使下還特地走到馬路上認真看一下到底是賣什麼的美食店可以生意如此之好, 原來是主打手作早餐-粉漿蛋餅啊!
當下立刻搜尋店家的FB研究了一下菜單後發現價格不貴, 餐點看起來也不錯, 就決定在勞動節放假的中午前來用餐, 還好幾乎都沒有客人, 完全不用候位。
九層塔蛋餅 NT$30
照片裡的蛋餅是加了NT$10起司。食常的起司不是蓋瑞想像中會牽絲的起司, 而是比較類似起司醬所以少了視覺上的效果, 不過還算不錯吃。 九層塔的香味和起司滿搭的, 重點是蓋瑞建議可以吃辣的人一定要加上店家自製的辣椒醬油, 不會太鹹, 也不會太辣, 就是那麼地剛剛好。

香料雞胸蛋餅 NT$50
粉漿蛋餅其實也有分好幾種, 蓋瑞小時候比較常吃到的是吃起來比較濕且有厚度口感較軟的蛋餅, 而且很神奇的是這種濕式的粉漿蛋餅只要煎得稍微久一點之後, 微焦的地方吃起來會有微脆的口感, 而且有一種獨特的焦香麵味。

而食常的粉漿蛋餅則是偏乾, 吃起來有微微Q勁, 如果不愛濕式粉漿蛋餅的人應該會很愛食常的。這道香料雞的調味還滿特別的, 還不錯吃。

食常醃肉蛋漢堡 NT$55
身為漢堡控, 看到有漢堡一定是必點的。其實蓋瑞現在幾乎不太吃連鎖漢堡店的漢堡肉排或是豬肉排, 最愛的還是這種由店家自己醃製的絞肉排或是豬肉排。食常的醃肉排還算有一定的厚度, 而且給了2塊鋪滿整個漢堡甚至還超出, 幾乎每一口都可以咬得到豬肉排, 搭配了去掉腥辣味的洋蔥絲以及恰到好處的沙拉醬, 整體還滿好吃的, 蓋瑞推薦必點。

哦, 對了, 蓋瑞今天吃的豬排很好咬, 沒有難咀嚼的肉筋, 這點蓋瑞也很愛。

另外, 還有一個重點就是食常的漢堡包在接觸食材的部份烤得微焦脆, 這點蓋瑞也很愛。

這道蓋瑞也推薦必點。吃得到花生顆粒的花生醬搭配煎到”恰恰”的培根, 鹹甜口味還滿Match的。

雖然食常的蘿蔔糕厚度不算厚, 但是吃起來有滿濃的白蘿蔔的香味外加蝦米的味道, 還滿好吃的, 推薦必點。

古早味紅茶還滿好喝的; 奶茶就比較普通, 奶味和茶味都太淡。

整體而言, 食常的餐點CP值還算不錯, 因為內用座外僅限店家騎樓的少數座位, 如不想久候建議可事先電話預約取餐或是像蓋瑞一樣避開用餐尖鋒時段再來用餐。底下就提供店家唯一的黑板菜單供大家參考。
