好像很久沒有來森間食堂用餐了。最近開始每週五在公司下班後重新學習已經被蓋瑞忘光光的日文課, 下課後思索著要吃什麼當晚餐, 第一個想到的就是很久沒來的用餐的森間食堂。一來就發現竟然推出了新品, 那一定要點來嚐鮮的啊。
炸.人情味 (炸森間煮) NT$60
之前的森間食堂只有湯煮的台北關東煮, 現在竟然推出了炸物。主要是把原本放到湯裡的甜不辣拿去油炸, 不過裡面多了包蛋的甜不辣以及2小塊的台北油粿。甜不辣炸過後吃起來的口感就像在吃炸鹹酥雞攤的炸物一樣, 灑上特製胡椒粉吃起來就是滿足。

這是蓋瑞第一次吃到台北的油粿而且還是炸的, 表面炸過後吃起來酥酥的, 亮點是其中一塊裡面竟然包著芋頭, 還滿好吃的, 有驚豔到。

來自台北大稻埕的油粿很特別, 在裡面包了芋頭塊, 淋上店家的關東煮醬並灑上香菜後, 吃起來不會有太大的負擔, 油粿非常的有Q勁, 嚼感很不錯, 和炸油粿吃起很不一樣, 建議大家有機會可以2種都點來吃看看。

其實蓋瑞也不太清楚為什麼台北的甜不辣是有加醬的, 就好像為什麼北部的米血糕要沾上滿滿的花生粉一樣, 是個謎, 但蓋瑞也不想去搞懂, 反正只要是好吃的美食, 就來者不拒。
森間食堂販售的餐點很簡單, 基本配備就是各式的甜不辣食材淋上森間特製的甜醬, 如果怕吃不飽的, 可以再加價變成套餐, 可以選擇烏龍麵或是冬粉。
今天因為與蓋瑞弟一起, 所以就分別點了原味的森間煮套餐NT$80, 以及當日特餐 NT$80。既然都來吃了, 當然無條件就要選擇烏龍麵!!

每日必需要用心準備配料
調煮醬料、大骨湯、汆燙油豆腐、切米血糕,切香菜、細心的削菜頭(去除其纖維,吃起來才軟嫩),分裝各類丸子、秤重分裝麵食、炒辣油⋯⋯
雖然看似ㄧ碗簡單的料理,但小攤在備料上可ㄧ點也不馬虎,滿滿都是森間食堂想給饕客的心意。
雖然只是個小小的攤位, 而且想要在攤位前用餐可是要碰運氣, 因為大概只能容納4~6人。另外, 如果不想等待的, 也可外帶哦。
