台南永康區的戰場正強街, 繼之前介紹的胖吉美式漢堡店之後 (連結按此), 近日又新開張了一家專賣日式壽司以及丼飯的專賣店, 店址就在人盡皆知的聯盈發港點斜對面。今晚剛好家裡沒開伙, 就立馬前來嚐鮮。
燒炙總匯 NT$320
今晚不太想吃生魚片, 所以點了這道燒炙總匯, 一共八貫。 包含了起司鮮蝦, 焦糖鮭魚, 起司鮭魚, 七味鮭魚, 燒炙紅甘, 燒炙比目魚, 燒炙星鰻, 燒炙干貝等。您可能會覺得這八貫看起來很少, 但是因為選用的鮭魚及比目魚所含油脂非常地豐富, 底下照片裡各位可以看到盛裝的盤子上濕濕的部份並不是水哦, 而是食材因為本身油脂太多, 而滴沾在盤子上的, 也因為這樣, 這八貫吃下來, 真的還滿有飽足感的。

底下這張照片裡的焦糖鮭魚一入口, 讓蓋瑞睜大了眼, 這貫太妙了, 鮭魚上頭的焦糖扮演了畫龍點睛的效果, 除了有創意, 美味度也有, 好吃。

燒炙干貝。這道蓋瑞吃不習慣, 干貝還是喜歡再熟一點, 因為它雖然已有在表面微微炙燒過, 但是裡面還是太生了。

這碗星鰻丼一端上來, 其實有點傻眼, 不知道是碗太大或是量太少? 但是它足足給了六片的星鰻, 誠意十足, 再配上一塊玉子燒以及泡菜? 對, 配上泡菜又是讓蓋瑞充滿了問號?
如果喜歡吃星鰻的老饕, 看到這碗應該會很高興, 但是, 蓋瑞覺得這碗丼飯變化太少, 吃到一半會膩掉, 如果能減少星鰻一點數量, 再搭配其它食材, 稍微增加這碗丼飯的視覺以及味覺的不同刺激會更加完美。

現在來店用餐還會招待一份洋蔥醋。蓋瑞媽很愛這道, 但是蓋瑞覺得洋蔥如果可以在冰水裡泡久一點, 再多去除一點洋蔥的辣味會更讚。
